TERMS OF SERVICE

• Commissions requested through Ko-Fi are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures, headers, or banners, but may not be used for other profit! Please contact me via [email protected] for commercial works, and we may discuss a license agreement and commercial payment.

• Commissions requested through VGen may be used for commercial works depending on the specification! For further clarification or if you want to hire me as an artist please contact me via [email protected].

• Though I will be in contact with you often during the course of the commission regarding different stages of designing and drawing, I cannot guarantee that I will have your commission finished within a certain time frame, unless explicitly stated by me. If you need your commission done within a certain day, you must contact me beforehand to ask if it fits in with my schedule before I can accept your commission request.

• Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but if I determine that I cannot complete your commission due to my own circumstances, I will offer a full refund. Completed and approved artworks will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• I do not allow significant or major changes and/or revisions (such as changing the pose of the given character) made to your artwork, however, I allow a limited number of three (3) minor changes and/or revisions. Any additional request of change and/or revision to the artwork comes with the charge of $20.

• I reserve certain rights to all artwork that I make, including the right to display your finished commission request in my portfolio and on social media as examples. I do not have the right to sell your commissioned artwork in any way, unless explicitly stated in writing.

• I deny the right to mint NFT’s out of, resell, or use my artwork as part of a blockchain in AI-related projects (commissioned or otherwise).

• I reserve the right to have these terms updated as needed.
